Made from pressed stainless steel  

A screw cup washer enables the screw head to sit flush inside the washer providing a neat finish without the need to countersink the material.

They are normally used with csk screws to leave a decorative, neat finish with no sharp edges.

Their second use is like most washers, to spread the load from the screw head over a wider area,

preventing damage of the surface being screwed into.
